The Public Library

The Municipal Library is housed on the ground floor of the building of the Cultural Centre to the right of the Town Hall in Miaoulis’ Square. It contains 35,000 books, many of which are very old and rare. In the small garden at the front of the Library, are the busts of Emmanuel Roidis, George Souris, Demetrios Vikelas, Tim. Ambelas and Rita Boumi-Pappas.
